MARIA IS DEFINTELY GONNA LOSE WEIGHT THIS TIME!

YES! I AM! MY TARGET WEIGHT 45KG! WHY THE SUDDEN INTEREST? Because i have been eating like a pig the pass few days and its about time i did something about my ever increasing weight.

My... Must follow or else die exercise schedule....

  • Monday: P.E day
  • Tuesday: Rest Day- i end at 5 OK!
  • Wednesday: Dance + P.E day
  • Thursday: rest day (no i will not gorge myself with food)
  • Friday: 6.30 FRIKIN A.M reach school, run AT LEAST 3.2km maximum 5km, rush for technique class, dance in the afternoon (PHEW!)
  • Saturday: Run few rounds around the block
  • Sunday: Rest Day

Diet:

  • Avoid fried food at ALL COST!
  • Eat many many fruits instead.
  • No more sweet drinks.

There, looks reasonable enough... I just hope i don't get huge bulky muscles and look like a weightlifter... especially my hippo thighs! *Plies Plies Plies*
To any of my friends reading this please warn me if i have gone a little too far. really... i dont want to die when im not famous... hahahahha!
